RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

For the Back Bar we require a minimum food and beverage amount to reserve the room for a private party. The minimum must be met before sales tax and a 18% service charge; if the minimum is not met the remainder will be charged as a room charge (subject to sales tax and the service charge).  The amount varies depending on the time of day and the day of the week. Your coordinator will inform you of these minimums.  The reservation will hold the room for three hours; however, if you would like the Back Bar longer the minimum will be increased by 25% per hour. A deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be credited towards your final bill. All cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date to receive a refund of your deposit. No deposit will be refunded for cancellations made in less than two weeks of the event date.
